We’re starting a Community of Practice around youth participation: a collaborative space where individuals working with young people can get together to share experiences, talk about challenges, and learn from each other.

The IN.PACT project aims to address the growing needs of European youth, particularly those in vulnerable situations, by building a collaborative network of youth organizations.

Our Goal

Connecting youth organizations across Europe to overcome isolation, share best practices, and enhance collective action

The Community of Practice will bring together organisations and practitioners to:

  • Share experiences;
  • Discuss common challenges;
  • Learn from each other's work

Why Join the IN.PACT Community of Practice?

  • Become part of a Network of youth workers, facilitators, community-builders and project managers focused on inclusive youth participation.
  • Get early access to our training course: Participatory Community Facilitator, co-designed with partners and launching in April.
  • Share your own methods and challenges in a safe and collaborative space.
  • Join monthly sessions exploring real topics like youth resistance to participation, facilitation through art, and wellbeing.
  • Amplify your voice and good practices through the IN.PACT mapping and upcoming publications.
  • Get direct updates, open calls, and peer learning opportunities across the IN.PACT network.
  • Receive priority invitations to events and gatherings: including the upcoming IN.PACT Smart Lab at theGrain&Sens ecovillage (France) in June.

How it works

The IN.PACT Community of Practice is built through online sessions where organisations and professionals come together to share and learn from practice. Be part of a movement to amplify youth voices across Europe.

Each session focuses on a specific topic and highlights one concrete practice, giving space to an organisation to share its experience and open the conversation with others.
